The NTCSP series from TDK Corporation is an expanded line of AEC Q200-compliant NTC thermistors rated for operation from -55 °C to +175 °C. Designed for conductive glue mounting using AgPd terminals, the 1.6 x 0.8 mm devices are available in 10 kΩ and 100 kΩ versions for temperature detection and compensation in automotive systems such as ABS, transmissions and engines. The higher temperature rating supports use in power modules that incorporate heat-resistant semiconductors.
