Duty Pressure Transducers Provide Accurate Monitoring

honeywell-sensing-heavy-duty-pressure-px3-series-no-captions-highresTargeting facility heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration equipment, the Honeywell PX3 Series of heavy duty pressure transducers address harsh media and have a total error band (TEB) of ±1.0 percent full-scale span. Offered in a pressure ranges of 1 bar to 46 bar (15 psi to 667 psi), the sensors remain accurate and reliable even in harsh conditions found in refrigeration systems. In addition to an external freeze/thaw resistance from -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F), the transducers have rugged environmental specs, including high insulation resistance and dielectric strength.

Media compatibility of the sensors includes common hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerants and many next-generation low global warming potential refrigerants, as well as petroleum oils, lubricants, air, water and hydraulic fluids.
