Highly Accurate Relative Humidity and Temperature Sensor IC

Having two sensing functions in a single package is advantageous ens210-block-diagram_smallfor space- and power-constrained designs. With its ENS210, a highly accurate relative humidity and temperature sensor IC, ams AG achieves these goals.

The sensor has a digital temperature output in Kelvin, accurate to a maximum ±0.2°C over the range 0°C to 70°C and a digital relative humidity output accurate to a maximum ±3.5%. The pre-calibrated sensor provides its digital outputs over an I2C interface avoiding the need for signal processing by an applications processor or microcontroller.
