Using patent pending technology, Micro Oscillator, Inc. (MOI) has developed Inductive Proximity Sensor Products with the industry’s lowest operating current and voltage. The sensors incorporate the company’s Sensor IC which operates at voltages as low as 1.5V to 3.5V and operating currents from 1µA to 4 µA.
Two MOI Inductive Proximity Sensor Evaluation Boards are available for the proximity sensors, each having a sensing range of approximately 2mm. The low current version operates between a supply voltage of 3v to 5.5V and draws less than 10mA. The micro current version operates between a supply voltage of 2V to 3.6V and draws less than 10uA.
