Newly Updated User Manuals for KPSI Transducers

November 7, 2014 By Editor Leave a Comment

TE Sensor Solutions has recently updated the Analog and Digital User Manuals for their KPSI™ water level data logger and pressure sensors.

The high accuracy KPSI™ Series 500, 350 and 380 SDI-12 submersible transducers are featured in the KPSI™ Digital Series User’s Manual. The 500 and 350 Series use isolated diaphragm pressure sensors, which utilize a silicon pressure cell that is fitted into a stainless steel or titanium package. The 380 Series is our temperature sensor that incorporates a highly accurate nickel RTD sensor into a fully welded 316L stainless steel assembly. The Digital Series User’s Manual takes the user step by step from installation, operation, and troubleshooting all SDI-12 transducers.

The KPSI™ Analog User’s Manual features our 700 Series transducers, including the new 745 with a protective cage option. The KPSI™ Level and Pressure transducers use isolated -diaphragm sensors that are specifically designed for use in hostile fluid environments. These sensors also use a silicon pressure cell fitted in a stainless steel or titanium package with an integral, compliant stainless steel or titanium barrier diaphragm. The sensors are housed in a rugged 316 stainless steel or titanium case which provides for a variety of level ranges and pressure inputs. Standard outputs are 4-20 mA and VDC.
