Automotive, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper, metals, printing and rotating machinery are just a few of the targets for Badger Meter Model IOG flow meters. Designed to measure very viscous (up to 1,000 cP) and caustic fluids, such as oils, coolants, fuels, lubricants, ink, paint, water solutions, and any other liquid compatible with their construction materials, the flow meters have some very desirable attributes. The meter line provides ± 0.5 to ± 1 percent accuracy and ± 0.03 percent repeatability, even in low-flow environments. They can measure liquid flows as low as 0.07 gallons per minute (gpm) and up to 185 gpm while handling processes with fluid temperatures from 22 to 240° F (-30 to 120° C).
